This I Am Innocent Patch is created by russian programmers so that everyone could get everything in the game for free. There are two versions of the patch - one for iOS, and the other for Android. So if you using Android device, then you need to download a patch for the android, and if the iOS device, then download iOS version of Patch. For the most part, the game can be compared to the basic mechanics of the game 'Tetris' a simple brick game from the 90'ss. If by any chance you are not familiar to the reference as you were not yet a kid from that era, it is basically a 'brick-buster' kind of game where you are given uniquely designed layouts of boards every stage of the game, and sets of bricks that you lay down.

In order to bust the bricks (or break them), you'll have to line them up either horizontally or vertically. Completing/Occupying a straight line from either left to right, or top to bottom will earn you those specific bricks regardless of their color. Meaning, it is not necessary to line up similarly colored bricks in order to bust(earn) them.
Note that the value of bricks you are able to bust (or line-up side to side) is equivalent to the number of bricks you earn. For instance, if you lined up 3 blocks of red bricks with 2 of blue bricks to fill the given stage layout from side to side, you get to earn an equivalent 3 red bricks and 2 blue bricks.
Every stage, you'll have Goals to reach in order to gain its rewards as well as to clear it (and get access to concluding levels). Goals are presented as you start each game, and will are counted as you progress in the puzzle itself. During the initial levels of the game (Messenger Database), you only have to deal with 2 colors of bricks and minimal move restrictions - so it'll be easy peasy.
As you progress though, you be introduced to a third color, harder and bigger layouts, and more limiting shapes of bricks as well as turn limits. Goals are always displayed on the upper left side of the screen while you are in the puzzle game, to actively remind you what bricks you still need in order to clear the given level.
You must also be aware with the restrictions of turns in every game. Number of turns are displayed on top of the game screen whenever you are playing the puzzles, and are conveniently labeled 'turns'. Unlike other brick busting game, there are no power-ups or special items to get you additional turns in stages. Instead, you may want to practice building the blocks in a way that you garner 10 or more bricks at a single bust. If you happen to bust or break 10 bricks in one go, you'll earn an additional turn. If the bricks you earn however reaches 15 in one go, you'll be given two extra turns.
There are also special items / power move in the game too. However, there is not a sustainable way of earning them. You actually only get them by chance when you spin the game's roulette -- a daily bonus kind of extra spin given to players every 24 hours. Wherever the pointer in the roulette stops, you'll earn the concluding prize. Prizes found there include Coins, and power-moves.
Power moves in the puzzle game includes:
Insert a tile - Move that lets you insert a single tile anywhere in the layout like you really had an extra 1 tile in your inventory. This is especially important in sticky situations where you may end up losing plausible moves in the game.
Paint - Move that transforms all bricks currently at play to a specific color of your choice. This is beneficial especially when you are in dire need of specific color of bricks to finish up on a given stage.
Bomb - Move that detonates a cluster of bricks that are currently laid out in the game. When detonated, you'll earn the equivalent number of bricks removed (or blown out) from play.
It is also important to know that you should always have to use every brick at hand that are currently revealed to you in order to unlock or reveal the shapes of the concluding bricks. Although in some cases (especially if you are targeting 10 or more bricks) it is useful to know the concluding choices that you will be given (the next batch of bricks that will be revealed).
To take a peek on the concluding bricks, simply click on the currently unidentified bricks, and you'll be asked to pay 1 coin to reveal it even if you haven't used up all the remaining revealed bricks at hand. In my honest opinion, I would've preferred to have the option to 'regenerate or re-shuffle' the concluding selection of bricks to be given (in your hand) for a fee instead of this. I ended up never using this feature since it does not help out a lot and is just a very inefficient way to spend your Coins in.
Take note that there are tricky stages in the game too where you are given all colors of bricks at the game, whereas you really have to collect just one or two colors. These are the several occasions where you may want to use the paint power move as it can be a life-saver.
In total, you have 5 lives (or tries) to spend in order to solve the given puzzles. Whenever you end up without any plausible moves to make or run out of turns in the game without accomplishing or obtaining all the requirements (Goals and limits) of any given level, you'll lose a life. Each of which will take 15 minutes to regenerate (each).
A more sensible way of dealing with this limiting factor is to purchase a special privilege (with Coins) that will render you invincible for 6 hours - meaning failing to finish a stage will not penalize you with a life point. If by any chance you are up to the task of playing the game for 6 hours straight, it would be more than enough to recuperate the coins that you used in purchasing that special privilege.
Other than this, there are other packages of lives that you can pick from, for a concluding fee.
